How We Work
- We design to the code that applies to your address. Alhambra's three-foot front yard limit and Design Review Board requirement are stricter than most neighboring cities. We handle the drawings and the height compliance so your project isn't stopped or ordered corrected after the fact.
- We build for this climate. Termite pressure below grade, relentless UV above it, Santa Ana wind loads on solid panels, and seismic footing requirements on masonry. These aren't hypotheticals here — they're the reasons local fences fail.
- We tell you when repair beats replacement. If a few posts and a section will get you years more service, we'll quote that instead of a full replacement.
- Licensed work. California requires a CSLB license for any project over $500. Fencing falls under the C-13 classification. Verify our license — and any contractor's — on the CSLB website before you sign.
